Live draft, offline with friends, or a slow draft with diligent people and quick pickers are the best.

well live draft is obviously the most fun, but if your with people you know will be responsbile i dont mind doing a slow online draft like the mocks here at the cafe

Nothing more exciting than a live auction draft that takes all day. I advise finding a local hotel conference room which you can get for $50 on a Sunday as long as you eat lunch there. It is a blast

Extended Online is where you allow people to take hours between each turn. Sometimes works for people who work and want to a do a pick each morning or night and can't be online for a long period of time.

I also vote for the live auction draft. It can take several hours but its the most fun of the year. It's amazing to just sit and watch the strategy of some owners. We had one owner one year who kept sitting and waiting on the bargins...he left the draft with 77 dollars left of a 260 limit...but his team sucked all year long!
You don't have to like 'em to own 'em!!!!
