I obviously hate the guy, but bias aside, I hardly understand the love for a 40 something SP who has a bad back, lost velocity to the point where he was barely making 90 on his fastball last year and who is a stupid moron on top of it all. There is a reason he survives til round 19.

I rather take my chances with David Wells. Fat boy gets the job done as long as his back holds up, which is more than you can say for Brown with his parasites, hand punching, bad back and whatever other sort of ailments and mental inadequacies he rings up.

Did fat boy get the job done in game 5, 03 WS?
