Blalock vs. Rolen vs AROD vs Chavez

How is Ramirez not getting any props? The Cubs' lineup, even without Sosa and Alou, is still very potent. Plus, he'll have Hariston and Nomar hitting in front of him this year (maybe Lee, too... we'll see). Also, he was producing while playing through injuries last year. If there are 8+ 3Ber's taken ahead of him, I'll gladly grab him in the early-mid rounds.

Also, folks who are saying that this is splitting hairs are dead on. Why blow your load on any of those four guys if you can get similar production down the line?

Top 9:

1- ARod
2 - Rolen
3 - Chavez
4 - Beltre
5 - Blalock
6 - Huff
7 - Ramirez
8 - Lowell
9 - Mora

Cant see Beltre or Mora approaching same numbers as '04. Huff, Chavez, Blalock should improve (as long as they can stay injury free); Lowell will enjoy hitting in a lineup with Delgado now... Rolen will be hard pressed to put up the same numbers as '04, but the lineup he hits in gives him a slight edge over Chavez IMO

He isn't top 8 IMO and I think you would be crazy to take him over Mora in a redraft.
