Is Barry Larkin a Hall of Famer?

Larkin was a quieter, more productive Ozzie. Larkin's biggest problem for the Hall is that he may have hung on too long. The last few years he hurt his career rate stats and didn't reach any of the major counting stats. If he could have held on another season and made 200 HR/1000 RBI as a SS during that time period then the lower BA wouldn't have been such a big deal.

I think he gets in no problem. He may have been a poor man's Ozzie in the field but he was a much better hitter.
