The draft is the single most important event in fantasy baseball. Be prepared for all your drafts and dominate your league from day one!

Free 2005 Mock Draft Software Download Site

In it's 3rd year, the free mock draft software is a great tool to out distance yourself from the other fantasy baseball competition. It's based on your standard 5x5 category leagues. Hitter projections are complete and pitcher projections are still under construction (2004 final stats). The software comes with a utility you can use to modify and save the player projections. I am not in the business of making projections but I do give you something to start with. Please don't nitpik the projections as it's your own responsibility to enter your own projections if you deem it necessary. The computer also gives you drafting advice, on which player would bet suit your team. Player values are calculated based on your league customization and advanced sabermetrics. Try to outdraft the computer, it's not easy, and it's great practice.

Draft Strategy:

The best draft strategy is to use the free mock draft software, it tells you which player helps your team the most, because as the draft goes on the best player available may not be the best player for your team. You might be maxed out on HRs, and there may only be a few good SBs left and you don't want to throw away any categories. I suggest downloading the free software, as it never hurts to have too many tools.

If you have any questions etc..., please feel free to leave them in the comments section.

Pitching projections have been updated to reflect the 2005 RotoChamps dot com projections. Previously, most pitching projections had been final 2004 stats.
