I'd have to go with Al Leiter as the best of this bunch. I know he's getting up there in age and his WHIP is something you'll have to deal with, but he's the best of the group in the other categories. He's always been pretty good in the Ks department and E.R.A. I also believe his Ws will go up this year as opposed to last year since he'll be on a better team.
