I know that most of you won't care, but Russ Meyer died last week. And there are reasons that you should care. He was the director that gave us "Supervixens up!" and "Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill!" But more importantly, he's the guy that brought nudity to the big screen. And he passed away last week. We are all poorer for having lost him.
I'm going to watch "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls" with a bottle of bourbon and my girlfriend on my lap. Damn, I'll miss old Russ.
