Man, it's going to get even more fun when Branyan returns to the team, speaking of outfielders/infielders and having too many of them.
Did you know there are no such things as "white" or "black" people?

Well, you have to look at talent and who is hot. First, Dunn, Kearns and Griffey will all play when healthy. Boone, Casey and Larkin are alos going to play when they are healthy. There is one IF spot available and it will likely go to Juan Castro the way he has played of late. Branyan is a sub at best, he has alot of raw talent, but has yet to refine that. Guillen also has revived his career and the Reds seem to have a knack for picking these failed prospects and getting them to produce (juan encarnacion last year for example). What the reds really need to do is trade one of these guys and get a pitcher. I say let Griff finish the season and if he does well, trade him at the end for a pitching prospect.

this trade will never happen. 1. Boone is the managers son, if Bret were here too he also would never get traded. 2. Boone is one of our better hitters and defensive players. 3. The cubs are in our division, there is no way this will happen.
