Now that Colon has put together a couple of good starts in a row, does it seem to anyone else that Ponson is turing things around too?

any reason for this?

I heard that Ponson was throwing his fastball too much. His recent, strong starts could be attributed to more efficient mixing of pitches.

I read that Ponson has lost 10 pounds in the last month as well. The Arubain Knight can also speak upwards of five tongues B-) .
