Are you guys hanging onto him? The fantasy guy at ESPN says to drop him now. What are you doing?

Pettite and the Astros have been an absolute disaster this year. They are not going to make the playoffs, threw away some players for Carlos Beltran who they are now going to have to trade. And Pettite can't stay off the DL. The Yankees knew what they were doing when they didn't resign this guy.

wow i just cut cliff lee loose after his last disaster and now pettite is gonna pitch hurt.

pettite is a gamer though and houston needs him to go 5-6 innings so i'm sure he'll do everything in his power to give them that. 5-6 innings of an injured pettite is still better then the rest of the garbage on my waiver wire.

I find it hard to just drop Pettitte. He has to have some trade value. Maybe in a 2 for 1 type deal.
