I-Rod's value is, to use a cliché, in the eye of the beholder. Find someone who needs a catcher and isn't worried about injuries, and the sky's the limit. On the other hand, if the team you hope to trade with is worried about his health, you might not get any reasonyble offers. I'd let the offers come to you, but probably aim for a pitcher in a similar situation: great upside, but question marks (or slumping). Tim Hudson might be a good place to start.
