What is up with this guy? One day he is throwing a shutout the next day he is giving up 7 runs in one inning. If I were to ship him off, who should I look for in return?

I was never sold on this guy. I had him last year and was a bit hesitant about him, even when he was on his hot streak. I knew the kind of pitcher he was, and i watched him before too. Once the deception is figured out, his stuff aint hard to hit. Mets players were quoted as saying that after a few at bats where they could begin to adjust to his deceptive motion, you could pick the ball up easier and whack it pretty hard.

He would be a better closer in the long term. He only has two legit pitches and that isn't going to cut it as a starter. Three things will happen in the next few years. 1) he could possibly have hip troubles. 2) he could have elbow problems 3) he will be a good closer where he would only be up for one inning where his deceptiveness is the most effective. Think Troy Percival of tomorrow. Am I being irrational? Or am I just not a believer in Willis?
