I'm in a 10 team league and was wondering if you have some advice about my team. Is Casey Fossum worth a spot on my roster? If so, who should I drop?

I would say if you really want Fossum, drop Remlinger, because he isnt going to do much for your team. Fossum, if he returns to his form last season and gets over this god awful spring, should really help with K's, should get wins playing on the Sox and will give you a pretty good, but not great ERA.

Ok, I picked up Fossum. But my starting pitching is still very weak. I was just offered Hudson for Giambi. what do you think?

If you want Hudson, trade Helton for him. Giambi is worth more than hudson and Helton is still quite fair.

Helton is really due for a breakout season. In reply to the first question i think you are set for starting pitching. Fossum will be probably 3rd in the Sox rotation this year behind Pedro and Lowe. This may be good or bad, but in most cases good.
