You didn't mention if it was 4x4 or 5x5 or possibly pt based...
First thing I see is a team that may not play most of the year. The following guys could spend a good portion of the year injured or playing injured:
irod, floyd, juan gone, brown, anderson, catalanotto, and of course Nevin is already out for the year so you should dump him since this isn't a keeper league.
So let's assume you are injury free...
Giambi will be pressed for playing time at 1B/DH with Millar and Ortiz. He will still get his AB's but not the guy to relay on as your primary 1Bman. Pena is still developing and isn't the answer there either.
My friend really likes bellhorn, i am still undecided on him until he can perform over an entire season, frankie is a good backup if healthy

Your OF could be great, if only these guys would play injury free. That is unlikely. Look for a good year from Dye, Floyd will be good when he plays, you never know what you'll get from Juan. Hope for the best and you could get 100 rbi easily.
I don't know how many of your pitchers you have to start, but lowe, morris and prior are great. Danys Baez could hurt your WHIP and ERA but will get you saves. Matt Anderson will eventually lose his job to Frankly German i think, you may want to see if he is available in your league and pick him up.
You sure you're not in a keeper league, you have some great keepers in Pena, Hafner, Teixeira, etc
If you like, rate my team at:
