Please Rate My 11-25-4 Losing Team

I'm in 12th place in my league. Is my team really that bad? I feel like I usually compete but end up losing categories by just a few points, but a lose is a lose. What should I do? :~(

your only closers are baez and dotel, which means u probably lose in saves every week, your starting pitching is pretty good, i dunno about dickey tho. ur hitting is fairly weak, but once tejada starts showing some power you should be ok.
