I've been pretty badly beaten the first three weeks of the season. I need some advice on where to make changes on my roster. I play in a head to head league that allows weekly changes.

you should definitely be getting more production out of your utility spot that what furcal can provide, and the best stat he produced in last year was runs and that's not looking too great with a lineup missing chipper, javy, etc. so i would try and trade him (maybe along with someone else) to see if you can get an rbi-producing power hitter. other than that you're team looks pretty solid, you just have a bunch of players that have under produced compared to their career avg.'s such as giambi, lieberthal, boone, gibbons. i'd also ditch ensburg because their platooning him, and with lamb producing somewhat they'll continue to do so. just sit tight and you're team should turn it around. you also might try to figure out a way to turn a couple of your pretty good players into a great player through some sort of blockbuster trade.
