Once Griffey left Seattle, they became great. Weird how a team loses the best OF, best infielder, and best starting pitcher (Griffey, A-Rod, Unit) and becomes by far the best team in baseball. I think it would be a mistake for any team to get Griffey at this point. Unless it's a team like the Mets who could get some publicity out of it, and they also don't mind wasting money on washed up stars.
