Did he start the game?
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

He started tonight.. he was currently 0-3. I was wondering why he was taken out as well.

The box score on Yahoo says he left because of a sprained left ankle.

Yeah, it would be lame for him to go out, he's really setting the table in that offense. Hopefully it's day to day at worst.

From the Associated Press:

Padres third baseman turns ankle against Arizona
April 24, 2004

San Diego Padres third baseman Sean Burroughs turned his left ankle in against Arizona on Saturday night and had to leave the game.

The Padres said he would be evaluated Sunday.

Burroughs twisted the ankle in the third inning when he came out of the batter's box swinging at a pitch.

It was the second of his three hitless at-bats against knuckleballer Steve Sparks.

Burroughs played two more innings before giving way to Ramon Vazquez in the fifth.

that's pretty encouraging actually. hopefully he was just taken out as a precaution. hate to be a Giles owner if he's out for an extended period of time.

Saw it. Didn't appear to be bad. But I would guess he'll get a couple days off just in case.
