About the league..
This is a year round Dynasty baseball league. We use Yahoo for in-season play and Proboards https://badassbaseballleague.proboards.com/ for our offseason. Year round participation is a must!!
There is a $25 yearly buy in, leaguesafe handles all monies collected and distributed. Payouts are as follows 1st- $225, 2nd - $50, 3rd $25
12 team head to head league. we use 6x6 scoring - hitters(AVG, Runs, HR, RBI, SB, OPS) - pitching (Wins, Saves, Holds, K's, ERA, WHIP)
There is a 30 man major league roster as well as a minor league roster that can also contain 30 players max
Minor league rosters are replenished by a yearly 5 round minor league slow draft or via trades.
Major league 30 man rosters consist of the following : *NOTE that the OF positions are specific to right, left, and center
C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, LF, CF, RF, OF, UTIL
5 SP, 5 RP
8 Bench players of any position you deem neccessary
There are also 4 available IL slots during in season play
We have an in season limit of 7 player acquisitions weekly to allow for some streaming but also to prevent it from becoming too much and ruining the integrity of fantasy baseball.
There is a minimum limit of 35 IP weekly to prevent owners from overloading on RP's and again ruining the integrity of the league.
