The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Phillies catcher Mike Lieberthal tested his pelvic injury by running for 10 minutes on a treadmill Friday--three days after receiving a cortisone injection. "When I ran on the treadmill, I didn't feel it at all," Lieberthal said. "I didn't feel that pulling sensation, which I felt before even when I was just jogging." He'll test things out on the treadmill again this weekend and hopes to play Monday. Lieberthal has not played since the Phillies' exhibition opener on February 27.
"When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
