I'm sitting Chris Heston today, and trotting out there Rub n Tuggy De La Rosa and Carlos Carrasco, with relatively high expectations. I'm sure I'll be back here later crying. :~(

Yeah, crying because you accidentally sat Heston. I'm rolling that em effer out there with confidence.

Eh, maybe. If I didn't have a weekly start limit I'd probably go with him. I'll be a lot less mad if I sit a gem than if I start a dud, though.

After Scherzer yesterday, my 9 remaining starts are Carrasco vsSTL, De La Rosa vsWSH, Harvey @CHC, Hammel vsNYM, Frias vsMIA, Scherzer @SD, Carrasco @TEX, Anderson @PHI, and probably Travis Wood vsNYM. I'd only really slot in Heston over Frias, but I think he's got better Win potential vs the Marlins.

Frias is good man...don't sit him. He came out of nowhere but his stuff and makeup looks like he could be successful.

My lock for today is Syndergaard. He may not win. He may give up runs. But against my Cubbies he's going to rack up the k's. Over 9 k/9 today is my lock of the day.

I like both of these statements because I agree with them whole heartedly, but then I'm considering the source and now you've got me all mussed up. :-o :-b

I'm right except when I say it's a lock, then I'm right as often as a middling major leaguer gets a hit. ;)

So that means Syndergaard's in trouble but Frias is golden. ;)

Also, this one's from Rotowire...Michael Bolsinger makes an interesting play in daily lineups. He's dirt cheap on most sites, the Marlins have a below-average team OPS and are 3rd in the league in team strikeouts, and they're even worse against right-handed pitching. On a day that both Harper and Trout have some juicy matchups this is a great day to get a cheap pitcher.

That lineup is just so good...I just couldn't man. Watching them lately, they're downright scary.
