Hanley Ramirez belted his 9th jack of the month last night, and he's looking like a legitimate candidate for 40, pending health, if he continues to play half his games at Fenway Park, which looks like a pretty good likelihood. Whoops, what do you mean he's hit 6 of his HR on the Road? The guy is just mashing right now, in the middle of an entire lineup that is just tearing the cover off the baseball. Not sure if it's Hanley Ramirez or Manny Ramirez patrolling LF, the way he fields, hits, and his general antics. Boston is falling in love with the guy in just four short weeks, and you can't blame them.

In leagues where he's available, JA Happ's next start @HOU looks like a pretty good Spot early next week. Houston has the MLB's 18th ranked OPS vs LHP, and is 16th in Runs Scored. Houston has no listed Probable Starter for the game yet, but it looks like it won't be McHugh, and not likely Keuchel either. He was on some radars as a good sleeper value pick for 2015, and so far so good. He hasn't faced the greatest offenses, but he already handled Houston, who still has plenty of guys scuffling at the plate. Guy is still only owned in 12.5% of ESPN Leagues. Maybe he turns into a guy you can trot out there for 2/3 of his starts or so. He's got a nice, spacious home park to pitch in.

My 4-10-4 record says that this is when Cashner rights the win/loss ship and gets another win. He's been downright filthy and I expect that to continue but with a better result in the win/loss column today as the lefty-mashing Padres chew up Keuchel and spit him out.

Is Shane Greene done being fantasy relevant in 12 team or lower leagues? Another ugly start.

Not as more than a streamer IMO.

I love my new starting SS, M.Semien. Chips in with an RBI here, a SB there.
Super early, but I think he has the ceiling of a 20/20 guy.

My team just hit 1st place.... Max points for W/ERA/WHIP, and last for AVG.
$39 for Felix and $35 for Sale is looking good right now. :-L

So you're saying across your scoring format, there's... Semien everywhere?

I'm going 4-11-4 here. Cashner did indeed remain filthy (36-8 k/bb this year) but the lefty-mashing Padres were toothless and could only gum Keuchel which made everyone in the stadium extremely uncomfortable before they awkwardly spit him out.
