LOL at Desmond up at #20 and Rizzo way down at #27.
Waino #19, VMart #21, and Freeman #14 also seem quite a bit higher than they should be.
Pence, Donaldson, Kemp all seem too low at the 4/5 turn. I would take any of those three in the 3rd round.

I only got through the top ~60 or so, but those are the ones I most strongly disagree with.

Cockroft isn't afraid to make "bold" statements.

I'm always leery of "experts" making bold statements just to make a bold statement.

Desmond went from being under-rated to over-rated pretty quickly. He's a .260 hitter without all that much power, and he's at the point in his career when you can expect the SBs to start to taper off pretty quickly. Still a good player no doubt, but is anybody insane enough to take him 20th??? I guess a fluky year with RBI can do wonders for inflating a player's value. He's pretty much Brett Gardner with SS eligibility...

2015 is going to be a difficult draft for most. So many guys coming off major injuries; every round is going to be "do I take this former star player or this slightly lesser star thats a lot safer". Where do Tulo, Cargo & Fielder get drafted? Can Victor Martinez or Beltre turn back the clock another year? I don't want either in the 2nd round. Harper, Bruce & Longoria's 2014 numbers aren't going to justify where they get drafted, just close your eye on the stats & draft what you know they can be again.
I'd take Abreu ahead of the Blue Jay sluggers; I'm probly grabbing Altuve early in the 2nd. Dee 30 spots below Hamilton, methinks not. Frazier & A Gon seem way 2 low
After the disaster that was the top 50 players going in to 2014, the 15 draft is going to be filled with risk & very few sure things. It is going to be a very interesting season for rankers of top 300 players because of so many health concerns

For the most part, sites that do rankings never properly adjust for injury risk.
Guys like Cargo/Tulo/Hanley/Longoria are always ranked way too high (and never end up on any of my teams).
