Carlos Gonzalez value for 2015?

Postby SecretAgentMan » Sat Aug 30, 2014 4:28 pm

OK, he is still only 28. Obviously he has major durability issues. Where do you see him getting drafted in a standard 10 team, 5x5 Roto league (5 OF lineup) in 2015?

Would you keep him over the likes of any of the below:

J. Zimmerman
Soler
Vmart
Yelich
Moss
Baez

I think Cargo's Stolen Base days are over. Too much damage to his knee. Probably better to wait on him, unless you can get a bargain.

Still valuable commodity. I would keep him over any pitcher not named Mad Bum, Kershaw, King Felix or Sale :D.

Yeah, I would keep him over those players, except maybe VMart and Yelich.

Help with mine?

I would keep him over all of those options. He's a 20-20 player and will get drafted in the first 2 rounds of your roto league. At his age, people don't think that VMArt will be able to repeat what he's done this year again. this is arguably a career season for him. And Yelich doesn't project for over 20 homeruns.
