Haha thanks.......still DTKW is active and any other site just feels hollow compared to what we've had here improved or not. ;-)

Feels like a part of me is gone. Cheesy as that sounds. I'm playing fantasy football for the first time in my 9 year career without the aid of the Cafe, and I can't help but feel like I'm sunk. Bummer to see how the site has dropped off. :-/

I'd start almost anyone against SD.

That's not a ledge it's a curb - start him.

Start him they said. Everything will be alright they said.

Thankfully didn't pull the trigger in my main league.

This is kind of a ridiculous ranking because I could rank them 1-8 and they could end up finishing 8-1, but here goes.

1. Ian Kennedy
2. Tim Lincecum
3. Brandon McCarthy
4. Danny Salazar
5. Dan Haren
6. Wily Peralta
7. Phil Hughes
8. Aaron Harang

I feel like the last three on the list had their good stretch and now are now settled into their "crappy" stage. I don't see any of them making much of a move, although Hughes is clearly better in Minnesota than New York. Haren is blah but could win some games with LA down the stretch. Salazar still has upside but could destroy you so I've got him 4th but he could easily be 8th or 1st. McCarthy is solid enough for now, he won't do anything spectacular but won't burn you too badly. Lincecum is solid enough for what he is now, I like him to be a nice 3.50.3.75 era guy with decent Ks and some Ws. Kennedy is in the perfect place for his game and he doesn't kill you on the road. He is racking up the Ks and while wins are hard to come by, he does tend to pitch deep into games so he has a better shot at wins than some other Padre arms.

Interesting. I think I'm more down on Haren than anyone else in the group. I even just dropped him in one league.
