Yahoo tells me that Dickerson is out of the lineup so of course I switch him out.

And of course Dickerson is actually starting, and hits a HR and a double with 2 runs.

But Yahoo is on top of things, so after the game had been over for an hour, they were sure to change that x to an ^
Thanks Yahoo, appreciate the timely update!

I already have to go offsite to view a coherent MLB scoreboard, a schedule format that is usable, any meaningful stats, and player pages that dont make eyes bleed, so I guess I should know better than to trust their lineup start/sit icons.

An off day on Thursday will allow the Marlins to head into the All-Star break with a four man rotation.
and thats all you really need to know about Heaneys demotion. Whats ballooning his ERA is the longball, something he hasn't had a problem with in the past and looking at his underlying work, id be scooping up Heaney.

I don't think Hector Noesi is especially good, but I don't know that he deserves quite as much vitriol as he gets. (My impression; I haven't documented sources.) He seems like a mediocre fly-ball pitcher. The K%, BB%, and Swinging strike % aren't all that out of whack. He is a fly-ball pitcher in a park that can get ugly for fly-ballers.

I dunno, I was just happy to see him have a good outing today, even if I'm not picking him up anywhere because of it.
