I read an article the A's are built for destroying left handers, and today is a good indication that may be true.


Jaso/Norris is a sneaky good/great catching platoon. I also have McCann but I put Norris in at DH today due to injuries and slumps. ;-D

I have these two guys on two separate teams, and I was mulling it over this morning... Who would you rather have the rest of the season at C? Pre-Season highly touted Carlos Santana, or Miguel Montero, who is the #1 C so far in 2014 in some formats?

I have always liked Montero more than most but they should end up with similar numbers for the rest of the season. Montero probably hits for a higher avg and he's hitting now so I would pick him.

I just lost Wieters in the N00bs league. How convenient that they wait until Sunday to put him on the DL. :-t

I guess that JFernandez for CarGo trade last year looks a little better now. What awful news even if I don't own him. :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t :-t

Is this the end for Matt Holliday?

<.280, 10-15HR, 0-2 SB is pretty irrelevant in fantasy if that is where his season is headed.

traded Holliday/Norris for Mauer/revere and I feel happy about that regardless of what you think about Mauer. And the trade processed after Norris hit 2HR's yesterday. B-)

Holliday started off slow in 2013 too IIRC. I have a hard time believing he just fell apart so completely and so quickly.
