MLB.TV Question

Postby BronXBombers51 » Wed Apr 23, 2014 1:48 pm

Question for those with experience with MLB.TV...

If I bought the yearly subscription would that be for only the 2014 season, or does it run the full calendar year? In other words, if I bought it today would it stop at the end of September or would I get it until this time next year?

If it's only for the 2014 season then do they have prorated offers each month? It wouldn't seem to make sense to pay $130 for a yearly subscription when I would have missed out on the beginning months of the season.

Only for the 2014 season. They usually do offer cheaper pro-rated rates, but I don't think they do it monthly. I'm sure they do it at the all-star break and for the playoffs, but beyond that I don't remember.

hmm. i havent tried to watch an archive in the offseason. just never thought about it. but i dont see why you couldnt. im paying for a year. I do know they will automatically will re up you for 2015 unless you go in and cancel it.
And yes the price gets cheaper as the season goes on.

Any idea of when they prorate the year-subscription wrveres? It would seem that if I wanted to get it from May-September it would be cheaper pay $25 monthly with the current pricing.

It's down to $115. They must reduce it monthly.
