Salazar I never liked considering his price. I think he will have a career path very similar to Ubaldo Jimenez. Salazar might have a couple good stretches so that he has decent season numbers a couple of years here and there... But I think years down the road we'll all be thinking "Man, Salazar really sucks" just like we do now with Jimenez.

Im just thankful that the only league I own him in is H2H so that his "work" wont cause permanent damage. Until he proves otherwise, he is unstartable unless you just need a few K's to win a category on a Sunday in h2h.

Still makes me sick that I used a 13th round pick on him when Cashner, Kuroda, Liriano, and Gray were all still on the board.
How could I have F'd that up so bad?

You took the guy with the biggest K potential... Not unheard of. Salazar might be a headache to own, but I'm sure he will have a stretch of starts that will remind you why he was hyped so much... But like I said he will come with his share of headaches.

He was the guy with good upside and very little track record. Any owners should have been prepared for this.

Brett Lawrie a couple years ago and Chris Davis with the Rangers taught us nothing! :-b

Running out Zimmermann, Archer, Kazmir, and Hudson today. Sitting in first in both ERA and WHIP by a decent margin, a little nervous about Archer but gonna run him out there.
