a tad bit erratic, but yordano strikes out two and gives up 1 hit in his first inning. throwing 98-99 with a pretty nasty change-up, had quite a few swings and misses against myers/zobrist/longo.

Ventura had to battle a few times so it made for a large pitch count, but very solid outing.

Paxton has now retired 11 straight and just struck out the side on 13 pitches.

I wish I could have watched that game... But I live in New York, so I got to watch Colon and Harang. %-6

At least the Angels and mariners are on mlb network.
