I like your plan for choosing your favorite SP. Last year I was in a similar situation, where I was keeping Miggy & CarGo and decided to grab Scherzer with my first pick. I liked him the best of the SP available, and thought he was better than any of the bats available at that selection. Worked out great (obviously), and I was happy with the strategy.
So I'd say take the best player available. If that happens to be a SP, go for it. Not sure which of those SP I'd take though. Might role the dice on Price, myself.
