Pablo and CC are two who's changes are significant enough to warrant attention. As in they were actually fat enough for it to affect their ability and now they are merely chunky.

Pablo is the Oprah Winfrey of MLB. Just because he isn't too fat right now doesn't mean he won't by by April 10th. The man could range anywhere from 180 to 400 lbs and it honestly wouldn't shock me. ;-7

True, but I'd say his upcoming free agency is good motivation to keep the weight off.

Agreed. Or he might eat because he's stressed and then get stressed because he eats. Vicious cycle and all that.
