11 Team League?

Postby jfish1000 » Fri Feb 21, 2014 4:50 pm

Is there anything problematic with having an 11 team mixed Roto league?

I don't see one - but everyone seems to only talk in terms of 10 and 12 team leagues, and all mock drafts seem to land on 10 or 12.

Do people just like even numbers or what?

I was in an 11 team league for many years. There is not a problem at all. I think most of the magazines have the salaries for 12 teams, but you can easily convert that.

When doing roto, the number can be even or odd. You have that value adjustment you need to make as mentioned but even not needed for roto tends to be more of H2H thing that folks blanket to all leagues when discussing.

Many leagues are 15 like the NFBC and what not, no issues you will be fine!

(and yes you CAN have odd numbers in head to head but who likes bye weeks :()
