In my money league, we draft between 400 and 420 players regardless of the number of teams. We tweak the roster sizes, and starting line ups to accommodate shifts in league membership. The league I'm referring to usually has between 14-18 teams, we did have 20 last year. The rosters were small but no one complained. I believe the Leftover League can handle anywhere from 10-16 teams comfortably.
Second, I believe we ran a "practice" auction last year and it went okay. I'm on the fence.
Third, one word, or acronym actually...FAAB. I'm blocked at work and FCFS kills me.
Fourth, I'm very easy going. As long as everybody is treated well I don't care what rules we play by.
Old Style is very good...he will give RBV a run for his money.

Rock sent me a pm saying our old friend Old_Style is interested in returning after a couple of years away so I vote he has the possibility of rejoining if any others drop out (and he does want to).
I'm going to also throw the auction card out there for discussion...
PS Thanks Roto for volunteering to commish!
