Haren gonna get rocked. Brandon Belt can't be stopped.

Well not a winner but hardly rocked unless you consider the Giants getting 1 run off him rocked, Belt did get a solo shot off him though.

Ya, it was Houston but he was pretty dominant today and his control was terrific.
A dynasty league im in only allows a player to be moved from the MLB roster to the MiLB roster 3 times during the course of each contract.
So I dont want to burn an option by promoting him if hes going back down/to the pen at any point this year, and then only have 2 moves with him over the next 4+ years.

In the average 12 team league there are usually at least a few SPs of similar skillsets to Miley on the wire - guys like Arroyo, Chacin, McCarthy, Kennedy, Hellickson who have might have a good to average WHIP, but posses limited K ability, and fluctuating ERA.
Gray can be much better than that with his ability to strike guys out, and he pitches in the best park in baseball.
If he gets sent back to the pen at any point the worst that happens is pick one of them up.
Unless of course there is a penalty for adds/drops or demotions like in the league I mentioned.

My guess is that you aren't aware of how good Miley has been over the past 45 days or so.
