Blow it up? Or go all in? WHIR! Thank you!

A premature thank you for reading my post and helping me out, I will be more than happy to return the favor. I am in a bit of a tough spot right now in my league as I have what I believe to be a very talented team but have been frustrated with injuries and disappointments from ace pitchers like Matt Cain. It is a dynasty rotisserie league and the categories are: R/RBI/SB/OBP/SLG and K/W/SV/ERA/WHIP. We have keepers on contracts, I have some wiggle room to take on a contract if need be and I have a lot of money coming off the books after this season.

C: Yadier Molina (under contract)
1B: Adam Lind
2B: Brandon Phillips (under contract)
3B: Chase Headley (under contract)
SS: Ian Desmond (under contract)
2B/SS: Jed Lowrie
1B/3B: Chris Carter
OF: Sin Soo-Choo
OF: Nelson Cruz
OF: Michael Bourn (under contract)
OF: Gerardo Parra
OF: Josh Willingham
UTIL: David Ortiz

On the bench: Mike Napoli, Alicides Escobar (under contract), Ike Davis (under contract 3/$38 contract, yuck), James Loney, Andre Ethier (under contract), Lance Berkman, Marcell Ozuna, Brad Miller, Hank Conger, Jarred Dyson, Todd Fraizer (under contract), Xander Boagerts (under rookie contract).

SP: Shelby Miller (under contract)
SP: Matt Cain (under contract)
SP: Cole Hamels (under contract)
SP: Zack Grienke (under contract)
SP: C.C Sabathia (under contract)
SP: Jered Weaver (under contract)
RP: Jonathan Papelbon
RP: Steve Cischek
RP: Edward Mujica

In the pen: Benoit, Feldman, Chen, Matsuz, Colon, Bauer, Blake Parker (under rookie contract).

It's quite unfortunate that literally all of my aces turned in dissapointing seasons, on paper this is a very good team. However, I am currently in eighth place getting ready to sell off some pieces but I still feel like I could make a run with this team.
My place in the standings are as follows:
R: 2, RBI: 8, SB: 1, OBP: 8, SLG: 6
K: 2, W: 3, SV: 8, ERA: 3, WHIP: 4

I am about to move Perkins for a first round rookie draft pick next year so I will have three in the first round (none in the second) next year.

So what do you think I should do? If the difference is too great to make up, I plan to sell those not under contract to those who are in the race. If not, does anybody think I should look to acquire another pitcher or try to ride my staff and hope they turn it around. I also would need some speed to score runs and steal bases.

Thank you for all the help guys and as stated I will return the favor.

Here is my payroll, by the way.
