Both Lester and Lackey are FAs

I dropped Lackey to stream Travis Woods and Paul Maholm

Would you use their spot to claim Lester or Lackey who is better? I am leaning towards using a waiver claim on Lester and leaving him in my rotation saw one site rank him top 25 rest of the season..

I would grab Lackey. he has been very solid just about every time out. Just not getting run support. Lester is the Cole Hamels of the AL. Its just one of those down years. He hasn't really shown much to hang your confidence on. I would leave him alone until you see more than one good outing in a row.

I don't own Lester, so I haven't read enough of "what's wrong with Lester" to make an informed opinion on that. However it's been almost two full seasons of sub-par pitching from him. I still think he should be owned in most deeper leagues, but I'd rather have Lackey at this point.

A little help with mine?
