I've been playing these daily games for about 3 weeks now. I figured I'd start slow and develop a good strategy before betting more aggressively. I've been playing 4 or 5 $1 games every night (on fanduel) and have basically been breaking even. I started with $25 and now have $21. Well, I still have no clue which games to play. I started out playing a lot of 50/50 games. Now I'm cashing more in 10 and 20 teams games. I have only cashed once in a 100 team or larger.

What type games do you all play and why? Thanks in advance.

The days I play (4-5 times per week) I usually play a mix of 50/50's + H2H's using a single lineup - usually 8-12 contests total there.
Then I will enter anywhere from 4-10 various lineups in whatever the biggest $2 GPP is for that day.

Ive been cashing fairly regularly in the GPP's and am up a decent % in them this year. However im not quite breaking even in the cash games, which I think is a result of not being aggressive enough with my lineup.
It seems like over the past couple weeks my cash game lineup is one of my lowest scoring every night. Guess instead of going for safe floor I need to use more players form the same team with great matchups and the highest expected run totals for the day.

I also try to enter whichever contests have the biggest overlay. If a 50/50 is not close to full and its 15 minutes til games begin, enter that one. Same with GPP's.
For my H2H matches I usually avoid guys sitting on tons of contests, because they are probably regs and will usually be playing a better lineup than a guy who is only playing a single contest that day.

Wow, I won by literally 1 point. Hector Sanchez made it interesting for the runner up!

Congrats. I was wondering if Sanchez or Morneau might have ruined it for you.

Realized that Hunter wasn't starting about 2 minutes before line-ups locked. Threw in Nelson Cruz because he cost the same and I was running out of time. ;-D

He had Barnes as well down by 1 point. Barnes grounded into a game ending double play.

Wow very nice! Same thing happened for me earlier... Had cargo, made adjustments to my lineup that put morse in my lineup. Talk about lucky.

Here's my luck. I entered a 80 team 50/50 and a 100 team league with the same line up and then went to mow the yard. I come back in to find out the 100 team league was cancelled due to not filling up. My team crushes and I only win $.80.

1 rayzorback 72.5 $1.80
2 jrb96c 72.33 $1.80
3 walt5885 67.5 $1.80

C Wilin Rosario -0.25
1B Brandon Belt 8
2B Emilio Bonifaco 3.5
3B Mike Olt 1.25
SS Troy Tulowitzki 11.5
OF Charlie Blackmon 14.25

Could have had a big night if either Tyson Ross hadn't been terrible or if Votto hadn't gotten caught stealing. Lame.
