I would go with Holliday. When healthy, Holliday consistently puts up big numbers year in and year out. In my opinion, Holliday has the ability to put up bigger numbers than Upton can.

ROS I like Holliday. Upton has been too inconsistent and extremely strikeout prone.

I vote J Upton. I still consider him to be a round or three over Holliday, who's a lot less special in OF leagues rather than LF/CF/RF (LF are harder to find than you'd think).

Holliday at his worst is 20-80, which is, you know, yawnstipating, to quote Grey from Razzball.

I'm assuming that 80 is RBI. I'd like to note that he's 5th in baseball in runs scored this year- he's scored more times than Mike Trout.

Give me Holliday. Upton needs to show some consistency before he's up there with a guy like Holliday.

That being said, if you have a SB need, Upton is your man.

I like Holliday ROS...Upton's inconsistency and his strikeout rate tell me something is amiss with his mechanics. Holliday is more dependable in my opinion.

Help with mine?

I'd take Holliday ROS. Proven to be the more consistent player year in year out.

I'll take Upton. Holliday has a pinched nerve (I know he may play today), so ill take the guy who healthy. Upton has ben hitting the ball well the last 7-10 days; I feel like its a matter of time that the HR start coming again. Overall, I ts pretty close.
