Should I make a move or stand pat. WHIR

In a 10 team keeper league. 6x6, Stats are R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP/W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB.
I am able to keep 1 hitter and 1 pitcher for next year. I am under performing at a few positions and am wondering if I should make a move or stand pat. I've been climbing up the standings recently due to a couple weeks against the two bottom teams and I have a string of four in a row against solid teams.

C: Salvador Perez
1B: Paul Konerko
2B: Jose Altuve
3B: Miguel Cabrera
SS: Troy Tulowitsky
IF: Ryan Zimmerman
LF: Allen Craig
CF: Alejandro De Aza
RF: Hunter Pence
OF: Michael Morse

Bench: Lorenzo Cain, Kyle Seager, Wil Myers

SP: James Shields
SP: Mat Latos
SP: Kris Medlen
RP: Pappelbon
RP: Sergio Romo
P: Joe Nathen
P: Grant Balfour
P: Kenley Jansen
P: Ervin Santana

Bench: Ricky Nolasco (streaming), Julio Teheran, Hyun-Jin Ryu

DL: David Price, Brandon Beachy

I'd like to upgrade my SP because I have a couple of guys that are just barely above waiver fodder. I drafted with the strategy that I would be all around solid in the offensive categories, and I would focus on Saves, ERA, WHIP, K/BB stats in the pitching categories (hence all the relievers).

There is a preliminary offer on the table of Napoli, Josh Hamilton, and Jake Peavy for Zimmerman, Morse, Shields. Any thoughts are welcome.
