Kemp for Darvish? WHIR

Hey guys, I'm wondering if giving up Darvish for Kemp would be a smart move for me?

H2H, nonkeeper, 8 team league. Categories are:
Batting - R, HR, RBI, SB, OPS
Pitching- W, K, ERA, WHIP, PG(Perfect Game), Saves + Holds

My team is:
C- Napoli
1B- Fielder
2B- Kipnis
3B- Aramis Ramirez
SS- Tulo
OF- Braun
OF- Craig
OF- Ellsbury
UTIL- David Ortiz, Nelson Cruz
Bench- Wieters, Austin Jackson, Michael Young, Aybar
DL- Aaron Hill

SP- Kershaw, Strasburg, Darvish, Bumgarner, Peavy, Cliff Lee
RP- Papelbon, Holland, Jansen, Melancon

If you trade Darvish you need to get a Cano back...matter of fact offer Darvish + Kipnis to the Cano owner just to see if you can get the sharks swimming in the bloody water.

In a redraft I wouldn't make that move. Especially if you've got Jackson on your bench. Stay put, or throw out an offer like MadDog suggested. Or here are two other ideas: move one of your OF for a 2B/3B or try packaging Jackson + Darvish for M. Cabrera + a useful throw-in.
