Gallardo arrested for DUI

That is a really high BAC. I'm not sure if this is just a random thing or indicative of a larger problem but it is worth monitoring.

I had a friend that got busted for .28 in college once and I remember thinking that I would have a problem standing much less driving a car.

What I really don't like about this is that this is a no doubt way too drunk to drive amount of alcohol. this isn't a 'I didn't know I was that drunk' moment.

Yeah that's pretty bad. Glad he didn't hurt anybody. Hopefully he cleans up his act a bit or at least hires a driver.

Don't worry guys, unlikely he'll miss any time because the MLB doesn't give a crap about a player potentially killing innocent people out of sheer stupidity/selfishness. As long as players aren't being poor role models by doing steroids it's all good.

He's lucky he lives in a state that barely gives you a slap on the wrist for a DUI. He could probably get 5 of them before getting in serious trouble in Wisconsin..

I've lived quite a few places and WI is a pretty good place to live outside of the winters. The only place I wouldn't want to wish on my worst enemy is anywhere on the east coast.
