I'm not a huge fan of this team either. I agree that you're going to need maximized potential from Napoli and Ike to stay competitive. I do like Aaron Hill a lot, and do like a lot of your bench pieces. Your outfield is incredibly weak though, and there just isn't enough power in this lineup to stay competitive. In addition, your whole offense is predicated on Longoria staying healthy just to have a crying chance, which is never good with a player that has struggled to play 135 games in a season, let alone 162.
As far as the pitching goes, you obviously have two really good aces at the top, although I think they're a bit overpriced. It's hard to say what you could have done different, since this league apparently has unlimited keepers, which probably keeps most guys unavailable in the draft. The pitching will probably be fairly competitive, but again I'd have to see other teams in the league to say for sure.
I just don't think the offense is good enough to keep you competitive.
