Adam Eaton is out 6-8 weeks, "He has a small tear in his UCL -- a ligament that, when torn, often requires Tommy John surgery. His tear is small enough that it should heal on its own, but for that to happen, he can't throw for four weeks. And even then, "should" is hardly a guarantee." Is someone so unproven worth the wait? I've considered dropping either Eaton or Everth Cabrera for Jed Lowrie. Would you hold on to Eaton? This is a 10 team standard roto league.

I would hang onto him, though only if you have a bench. Lowrie isn't much of a fill in, so even dropping Cabrera would be erroneous. You could always try and sell low on Eaton if you are really concerned about him, but if your lineup can handle it then hang onto Eaton and see when he might actually get back later on.
