Hmm....your starting pitching is a bit shakier than I'd like to see. Where's the horse? Washburn and Odalis Perez are perfectly good pitchers in any fantasy rotation, and Vazquez could be a nice sleeper, but it'd be nice to see a Unit/Schilling/Pedro/Zito/Mulder/
Prior/Hudson/Halladay/Mussina or Maddux type in there somewhere.

Having Vlad, Berkman, Thome and Walker is quite nice, if Walker stays healthy, and Chipper and Torii Hunter should both be fine as well.

Your IF is obviously nowhere near your OF, but that's not such a big deal. You might want to move one of the OFers for a very solid pitcher. Look at your opponent's rosters and see if you can find someone with above average pitching who has a scrub in their OF who would be amenable to doing a reasonable deal with you.

Finally, Appier and Oliver Perez don't excite anybody. They are known, and unexciting quantities. You might want to see if someone with more upside (and downside) is available, such as Cory Lidle, Ted Lilly, Harang, Ohka or Sheets. A calculated gamble which is warranted, in my view, to overcome your shortage of pitching quality.
