Just wondering if I should keep Jon Jay or use a waiver on him for......

I like Jon Jay because at least you know what he can do given his track record, whereas Hicks, Bourjos, and even Dirks are more of a mystery. Then again, you could use some more power in that lineup, so if a speedster has to go then Jay would be understandably dropped for someone like Joyce or Dirks. Hicks is a wild card if you're feeling lucky.
