I agree that Freeman seems to have the lowest ceiling but is the safest bet for 2013. Hosmer has the most potential IMO but alot of risk after last year. Rizzo is somewhere between the two. Belt's ceiling doesn't seem much higher than Freeman and he has the most risk to me.

I think Paul Goldschmidt should be a major factor in there. Goldschmidt is 25. I would put him 1st for 2013 ahead of Freeman.
