5x5 Roto No Add/Drop League Slow Draft ASAP

Thinking about this today, would anyone be interested?

5x5 standard roto
Standard 13 hitter, 9 pitcher lineup
But 10 deep bench
Absolutely no add/drops, except during 3-day all-star weekend
Trades must include equal number of players (again, no add/drop)
Slow draft here or couchmanagers or somewhere, starting ASAP

Reply if interested. If we start to get a critical mass, I'll put it together.

p.s. Does anyone know -- if I wanted to allow add/drops only at the All-Star Break, how would I manage that via ESPN? Can the LM just override team settings? Or just make it an "on your honor" arrangement?

Yes you can set transactions to none allowed, and then open it up anytime during the season.
