I know your league puts an emphasis on SP, but with all those strong SPs back in the draft, I might consider dropping one of your SP keepers and going with a strong hitter instead. You can then shoot for one of those SP studs in the draft. Do you have any other options other than Profar that would make sense in place of one of your SPs? If not, I would stick with Cain.

Not really. The only other value would be Willingham late, 17th round or so.

After looking at other teams, here are some better valued keepers...at least for this year:
C - Yadier (18,16), J. Montero (19), Perez (18,16,14)
1B - Craig (18,16,14), E5 (8,6,4)
2B - Altuve (21,19,17), Hill (9,7,5), Kipnis (15,13)
SS - Castro (15)
3B - Freese (21,19), Headley (18,16,14)
OF - Gordon (15,13)
SP - Gio (14)
RP - Kimbrel (13,11)

Some of these guys don't really wow me and many I think I'd be overpaying for if I did a 2-for-1.
C - Contreras
1 - Votto
2 - Cano
3 - Rendon
S - Machado
O - Betts,Marte,Springer,Hanley
U - C. Santana
B - Pederson,Napoli,Meadows

S - Cueto, Pomeranz, Duffy, Mauricio Cabrera
P - Maurer
R - Chapman, Osuna
B - Wacha, Bauer, Skaggs, Glasnow
DL60 - Cobb

Consensus seems to be Cain over Profar.
What about Dickey vs Profar?
Or the trade options above? Kimbrel?

Based on the fact that you said your league loves pitching, I would keep as many as solid pitchers as you could hang onto. Who knows if Profar will even play good enough in Spring Training to get on the squad right away. He probably won't be up until after the all-star break pending injuries. Stick with Cain.

I'm confused how the whole keeper works in your league, seems a little more complicated then mine (which thanks for helping me, btw). If I understand that a little better then I can help you out with the Dickey/Kimbrel question.

I would definitely keep Cain and do that Profar for E5 deal. That will help your offense and give you a stacked staff.
