Paternity league is longer than that...

Pretty sure the rule is once a player is put on paternity leave, the player must miss at least one game, but no more than 3 games. Few days sounds about right.
Didn't Brandon Moss go on Paternity leave last week sometime? I think he only missed a game or two.

Fujikawa is on a throwing program and they say he will require a rehab stint in the minors once he is eligible to come off the DL. He is by no means guaranteed the job when he gets back. The Cubs want Marmol in the role and Fujikawa setting up so they can build up Marmol's trade value before the deadline. I think you'll see Marmol getting 15 or so saves this year while contributing below average ratios and Fujikawa owning the job from August on. It's not a real desirable situation for a fantasy owner as the better pitcher won't be saving games for the majority of the year.

Marmol is the guy to own. He was pretty solid in the 2nd half last year and after those first few shaky games he has rattled off 6 straight scoreless outings. He'll likely be traded at some point but for now he is the best RP to own on that team.

Right, I don't know if I was clear but I when I said Fujikawa from August on, I meant that most expect Marmol to be traded by then. If he isn't traded then he should have the job all year unless he loses it to injury or ineffectiveness, which is definitely possible.

I'm holding onto to Fukijawa for now. Fujicowa. Fu... Marmol sucks.

I'm getting annoyed by the lack of sp-eligible (potential) closers. :^

Is Russell even worth holding onto? Seemed like he was 4th in line to begin with and they didn't even give him much of a shot when everyone in front of him collapsed.

I'm holding onto him until I see Marmol convert successful saves. Russell's numbers have been outstanding this year thus far (knock on wood) so no reason for me to let him go yet.
